I like this place, the staff have always been nice and very helpful when I needed help or had any questions. No one has ever been rude to me. The trainers there are super helpful and always say hi to me when I enter the gym. I like this gym because I can go anytime of the day and I know they care a lot about security and safety. I don't really understand some of the comments in the previous reviews , I have never experience any of that there. I recommend this gym to everyone.

I attended this gym with one of my friends. Never. Again. The owner is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever seen. The way he handles customer service disgusts me to my core as someone who has worked in customer service. He lies and slanders his loyal customers who have never broken a single rule. Any complaint he gets, he bullies the complainant. Not only is this unprofessional, it is inappropriate, immature and irresponsible. I am truly appalled. If you look at a single review here you’ll see he just attacks. He does not care how clients feel, he simply cares about stroking his pathetic ego. Go to literally any other gym, do not make our mistake.

Owners were incredibly unprofessional. Have been using LA Fitness ever since. Best choice I’ve ever made.nnEdit:nIt’s not surprising that you’re saying I’m not in your system. But it’s not an excuse for your poor management. I indeed attended your gym while I worked with your employees for over a month to get my membership transferred from Oregon. I followed up many many times but nothing seemed to work. I have emails to back this up.

I don’t get all the hate, this place is awesome. There’s all ages, shapes and sizes that workout here. Everyone is friendly and does their own thing. Most are just there to get a good workout in and get on with their day.

Thoroughly enjoy coming to this gym. Members of staff and the manager are an absolute delight!
