They are not kidding when they call this gym a sisterhood. Everyone is so encouraging! It's intimidating walk into a gym when you're overweight & out of shape (& older). I may have felt that way on the first day walking in, but not when I walked out! The workouts are no joke & you can do it! You ARE worth it!
I absolutely love the energy during workouts. The coaches and the atmosphere keep me motivated to work harder. The workouts are exceptional! I will never use another gym!! keep it up!

The absolute BEST gym, experience and community. Vie is my escape when life gets hard. It’s my “me time” and the highlight of every single day. When I step into Vie, no matter what location, I know I’m surrounded by amazing, supportive and overall wonderful women and coaches. The workouts are fantastic and it’s truly something I look forward to every single day. I love Vie Athletics! I’ve been attending classes since they opened their doors almost four years ago. The environment is so warm and friendly with coaches that are knowledgeable and encouraging. I appreciate the time and quality they put into programming workouts that fit every age and skill level. The classes are fun and full of energy!
