Went twice within 24 hours. The first time no hot n ready pizza and took 15 minutes for anyone to come to the front to even take the order. Following day, Saturday October 3rd, 2020 at 2:40 to 3:00 pm I walked in with there and still no pizzas ready to go. First off there’s four them here, one was in the back working, one was sipping soda, the assistant manager on duty walked half way to the front, got on her phone and started texting then continued to the office where she stayed for another 5 minutes before taking my order, and the fourth finally came out of somewhere when orders were placed. Customer service was great! Was very easy to talk to once they came out to take the order.
This is the worst LC has been. We ordered online at 6 it said it would be ready in 20-30 minutes. I waited a hour and still nothing. So I went in and they told me it would be a 1 1/2 wait. And there was 13 orders ahead of mine. If you want us to order online at least make sure your wait times are correct.
My other complaint is why have only 3-4 people working when you know it’s going to be busy. It’s the day before thanksgiving no one wants to cook. I waited at the counter for 5 minutes before even getting help.
They said they can’t cancel a pizza portal order so I had to figure it would on the app. I couldn’t find it. So I had to go back in and they voided it for me.
I ordered online and was given a pick up time a half hour later. It was then another hour of waiting until my order was ready. No one would talk to me or give me any info. If they were an hour behind just tell me that so I could get some other things done while it was being made. If I hadn't already paid online I would have left. Very poorly run business and very unprofessional staff. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this business.
If you're in a hurry I'd recommend phoning ahead or using the portal.
Quality of pizza is usually pretty decent.
Pizza, yeah, so great. definitely one of the best places in the area. i will be back with my coworkers.
