Getting robbed here is common (we lost a motorcycle to these people) and it took the owners over a YEAR to replace two parking lot lights leaving the entire rear of the park in darkness.nNeedless to say people have gone through vehicles, taken them, even gone as far as siphoning gas out of open tanks.nMeanwhile the owner moves new mobiles into the park without fixing the issues. Lived here nearly a decade.nThe old owners ensured our manager was a resident. Our current owner employed someone who doesn't live here so they aren't even around.
My unit was broke into the manager was amazing but the Dallas refused to return my calls about any of the situation. There is not cameras like they said and even thou the people took days to take everything out of our unit we were never informed until it was to late... this place is not secure at all unless you are willing to pay the out ragious price for renters insurance .
I have a 18.5 Ft boat and 2 jets skis in covered storage. The place is secure and property is well protected. Access hours are great for my needs. Charity was a pleasure to work with.
Clean and Secure. New management is professional and courteous. Very convenient. Been a great experience.
Great place to store your items. The large units make it easy to store a lot of stuff.
