We paid our month's rent in advance per the contract, and then vacated the unit about 5 days into that month. James, the on-site manager, stated that they normally don't refund or prorate unused time. James did, however, state that he would attempt a prorated refund approval with the owner. HE DID INDEED!!! This is customer service above and beyond. He kept his word, and the owner approved it. Kudos to both.
This place is awesome. I have 2 units here. They have a coded gate, lots of security cameras and a manager that lives on site. What more could you want from a storage facility. It is very clean there.
We had no trouble with getting the boat in it's space. Plenty or room to turn around and backing up. Clean I don't rent the space moved a friend's boat. Do know the cost but my friend is cheap and he wouldn't pay too much.
Nice private storage facility
Called to ask about rates and renting a unit and also inquire about boat storage.nnThe gentleman that answered the phone was not very helpful at all. He said he doesn’t have any slots available without even asking my timeframe or letting me know when the next availability would be.nnIf this is an indication of the customer service I’d receive if I were a renting customer then I’m definitely happy to keep shopping for other options.
