5 stars for service. Will addend review if have facility issues. Kathy is the Boss Lady at this location. I found her to be professional, communicative, prompt, and friendly. My face to face check in was quick and questions answered. Prior to move in, she followed up promptly via email and phone to make the check in process was complete and understood by me, and all questions answered. Thus far, because of Kathy's professionalism and pride in her job, I consider my belongings secure at this location. Thank you.
Kathy, the manager at the Public Storage in Gig Harbor, is amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure I have the proper size storage unit for all the stuff I had. She was kind, informative and accommodating. Definitely made my move out a lot more pleasant. I would definitely recommend this location.
I just wanted to give cudos to Kathy Wencl At the public storage in Gig Harbor . We've used a couple units there and she's one of the most hard working women we know and has never failed us to take care of an issue. This morning a light bulb went out and within 5 minutes she had come down opened up and changed the bulb. You guys are the best.
Kathy from Public Storage, Gig Harbor was absolutely amazing! When I was in need of storage, she immediately contacted me back and also accommodate me with a unit more specified to my needs. Constantly available and clean facility. I would definitely recommend them for your storage needs!
