Horrible customer service, operator argues with you about reporting potential crime & seems to be the judge if she will send a deputy out or not, she also seems to be a “law expert” and remotely assessed criminal situations & seems to avoid sending a deputy out. I have been treated extremely disrespectful three different occasions & this department or location needs to be brought to light for there extremely rude & disrespectful dispatch operators. This is ridiculous they make you fee like the criminal

Horrible customer service. My dog was kidnapped. I called 911 when officers showed up. They started questioning where I'm from, what i do for leaving why i stopped in Albuquerque, my car registration. While thief is running away with my dog. I ignored police and catched guy myself. Now I'm trying to get police report and they telling me only option is for me to drive to Albuquerque or send request in mail!. 21st century and no email or online option to get police report. They don't care. On the phone very rude, seems like they giving favor by answering questions. Below any standards.
