Cannot get a hold of anyone about my membership through the coronavirus pandemic. Been trying for months
Trying to get ahold of these people is impossible!!! I've been trying to call them about my membership throughout the whole pandemic, and emailing. I should have just gone to Planet Fitness. I don't know what to do anymore
Have tried for weeks to get a hold of them regarding their continuation of debiting our accounts even though it's closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Bad business! They just lost 3 members and 1 of them was a member there for 8 years! Responses, via Messenger, have been rude, combative and unprofessional. Bummed!
