Great coaches, great workout, and great way to hop on the pain train. Shout out to the owner for a free workout and the coach for brutally satisfying workout.
Head coach Michael Kelley brings so many positive qualities to life in this gym. He and all the coaches are absolutely dedicated to learn as much as they can about any movement being done at the gym, in order for clients to both improve as much as possible while remaining healthy and safe. I have had such a positive experience at this gym that I haven't thought twice about ever leaving. Highly recommended. The place has such a positive and welcoming community.
Two thumbs up. The coaches are very knowledgeable. Friendly/family atmosphere. If you want to improve your fitness, this is a great place to go.
NCF is an amazing gym with a great community and top notch coaches! It feels like coming home every time I pull in the driveway.
