LOFT

So helpful and kind. I've recently lost weight and had no idea what size I was in. They went back a couple times to find the right size for me while I waited in the fitting room.

They charged me twice for the same item. I called the store and they said to come in person to fix the transaction. When I came back to the store they said they couldn't help me. So basically just wasted 20 minutes of my day.

Disappointed by the staff and being ignored the whole time I was looking at clothing. The place felt stuffy and uppity not inviting at all! Beautiful cool clothes though.

Cute clothes, however the manager was really rude. I was in the changing room trying things on, and my mom had asked the manager (she was walking by) about sizing and the length of some pants, and the manager raised her voice in anger at my mom...not sure what her issue was. The other employees were very nice and helpful though! I would give a 5/5 if not for the experience with the manager.
