Horrible service at the pharmacy for vaccines. I've been waiting more than 1.5 hours. There is ONE very flustered and disorganized person doing vaccinations, despite Walgreens advertising for no waiting vaccines. And, they won't take appointments, despite what the website says. Ridiculous!

I had a great experience with this location. Prompt and efficient.

Poor customer service. I tried to refill a prescription and got a message through the automated system that didn’t give the reason why it wasn’t being filled. When I called the person I spoke to said they didn’t have any in stock and that if I wanted some I WOULD NEED TO CALL THE OTHER STORES IN THE AREA AND ASK THEM TO TRANSFER WHAT I NEEDED TO MY STORE. In my experience a store or pharmacy does this for the customer. What a joke.

While I have never had a bad encounter at this location, I would like to recommend that if you are providing a service, you should look presentable and professional. I shake my head of adults who look unkempt and void of natural colored hair. If you want to be a Pharmacist look professional, not like a circus clown.

Had an urgent prescription called on at 715 while I was still in urgent care. Called at 745 right when I got out of doctor. No answer. Got to pharmacy at 755 and said they wouldn't be able to fill because they were short staffed. I am going to use the Cvs in target from now on. CVS is open until 9 rather than 8.
