Interesting, site of a former lumber mill. Some of the foundation still exists in the water. Connected to the Ruston Way linear park/trail.

It's a wonderfull place and so close by. It begins at Reconciliation park and continues on to Ruston Point, the ferry terminal and Point Defiance. So many good places to eat and very family friendly.

ABSOLUTELY breathtaking!! I love this place!! My fiance and I love going down to the waterfront for evening walks. We need to do it more often.nIt's an amazing place to just sit and talk. Watching the water and the ships makes everything seem so much more simple.nTonight we saw 2 military helicopters over the water. It was a really cool scene. (June 17,2020)

I love this whole part of Tacoma.. this little park has a couple of picnic tables and both a concrete walking area and small gravel beach bonus for kayaks with it's easy launch area.
