Great place to store your things and a super friendly staff! I had an issue with my lock early on a Saturday and luckily Becky was working and was able to find a drill to drill out my lock and save the day. She was so nice and attentive.... your customers really appreciate the customer service you provided that day! Thank you again!
Everything was so easy!!! Literally was so professional. Becky helped me out in just one call!! Everything we needed she was able to answer and just made me feel relieved. She honestly is the best and just love this place so much. Super friendly and just hands down the most professional storage unit I’ve ever had!!
Becky the manager was very courteous and helpful. She set everything up very quickly and had us moved into our unit the next day. Very happy with the experience. I would recommend using this storage facility to anyone in or around the Lakewood. Ask for Becky!!
Extra Space storage is definitely the way to go. Becky, the store Manager was phenomenal and extremely professional. She made the process really easy and less time consuming. The property is really secure and the units are freaking huge depending on what size you are looking for, lots of space to load and unload . My overall experience would definitely make me recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a hassle free and great customer service business.
