If all hope was left to abandon yould be still afloat thanks to Theresa. Never before in all my years of keeping my stuff in a box in a place have I been met with this same quality of service and professionalism. She is by far the best employee working here and keeps the public storage name in high regard and that's coming from a satisfied customer. Thanks.
Clean property, great first month move-in special. The manager on site was extremely helpful. Shortly after we arrived, she came out to the unit to check and make sure the unit was in good shape.
Had a quick and easy move into a storage unit thanks greatly to Theresa. First time renting a storage unit and she was able to explain the whole process clearly, she even went out of her way to walk with me and open the unit for me. Happy doing business with them and im excited for the future with this establishment.

I needed a storage unit for a friend and Theresa politely and professionally walked me through all of the processes necessary. The price was phenomenal for the space and location, right off of the 16! The space was clean, easy to access, and the lock and paperwork were clearly displayed. It seems like quite a secure location, I highly recommend it!
