Dee, was great to work with, very kind and helpful. I mentioned to her when I stopped in that I needed short term storage and she looked to see what she had open. There was one open and Dee suggested that I go online and reserve it. She said that I could reserve it with her but that there might be special offers online. Dee walked me through the process and was very helpful. Dee is always cheerful and polite and looks out for her customers. We are treated like family at this location. She goes out of her way to help us and make sure that we are happy. Dee is a credit to the company and if Public Storage is smart they will do everything they can to keep her at this location.

I will tell you today trying to get the right storage to fit my trailer into was a challenge. Either I was told wrong information over the phone or I was told to set my order on line. I had already spent 3 hours searching in the rain for a storage unit that would work.I finally was told to call Dee in Tacoma at Public Storage and she made everything work smooth for me. In and out. After all I had been going through she even gave a great rate. She is a hero!nThank you

We loved the experience with this location on Mildred in Tacoma. The wonderful Manager Dee was awesome from the start. She made our move easy and was graceful towards our situation. If I could rate 6 out of 5 I would! Had a nightmarish experience getting rejected by Pearl Storage and Dee pretty much saved me by getting me set up with a unit pronto (and an anti-moisture product as well! Which i would not have thought to ask for at Pearl so who knows how much of my stuff would have gotten moldy.) To top it off Dee found something of mine that i accidentally left outside my unit when she was doing routine cleaning and returned it to me....customer service at its finest!
