The older guy that helped me get my unit was very helpful and nice. Facility is nice too.nI found on Daffodil's website 50% off the first two months and I was sold. For a 10x15!n1 hidden fee I guess you can call it, insurance. 11$ for the cheapest one so whatever it's fine. 5* out of 5*
I have been at the 38th street Daffodil Storage Tacoma for 8plus years now . The service has always been professional, friendly, and any issues I have had, have been resolved immediately. I have referred many family and friends to Daffodil Storage over the years. The manager Kent always has a smile on his face and gives 100% always.
Outstanding customer service at the Tacoma storage outlet. Kent does a great job and is honest and reliable. 5 stars!
I used them and thought they were great until I cleaned out my unit and found that rodents had damaged some of my boxes. I look back now and realized they weren't very helpful when I was trying clean it up nor do I remember any apologies or efforts to make it up to me. I wasn't even mean or mad at them. I removed the contents from some soiled boxes and was asking if there was a place i could throw it and was telling them about issues i was more saddened by childhood toys being damaged. I did not have any food items in my unit which they asked me like it was my fault. I was struggling to clean up the mess really wanting to just leave it for them after that...but i clean it out and reflecting back realized they were rude and provided no customer service regarding their issue with rodents.
