After moving into a tiny apartment I've stored my personal items here for over two years. I've had absolutely no issues they have great security! They also have wonderful hours open until 10:00 p.m. ud83dudc4d
Wait a minute. It's a great place and secure. The portable toilet is atrocious. Someone had diarrhea all over the seat.
Rented a Uhaul truck for two hours to I could pick up my new bed. I made the reservation online, and had the truck in less than an hour. Quick and easy place to work with, and one of few open on Sundays. Will definitely be coming back if I need to rent a truck again.
I went here. My sister bring out the summer camping gear and put in the winter Christmas stuff. She said she really does like the price and the people that work there always nice but when we open the storage unit we did see that there had been a rodent chewing up cardboard box and pooping and peeing in and out her stuff that she was told would be covered under homeowners or renters insurance not through insurance bye Storage Company.
Worst storage in Tacoma. Awful manager. Ashley is rude and has terrible attitude everyday. She has no customer service skills. The access gate is hard to pull in, no parking for visitors and the storage units have no lighting inside and no moving carts. RENT ANYWHERE ELSE. The 2 month promotion is not worth the long term hassle.
