Drew even pointed out and took care of small scratches and paint chips that I didn’t even saw during the walk through. And for me, it’s honesty and good customer care.

we recently completed the exterior painting of our home. From the estimate , to the supervision and planning, to the actual painting, we had an excellent experience. everything was handled professionally and in a timely fashion. Spencer gave us a prompt estimate and a detailed description of the work to be done. Jeff was the supervisor of the project and kept us updated and when to expect the paint crew and what to expect and how to prepare. Bibi and Danny were the actual painters and completed the job and exceeded our expectations. These 2 gentlemen were professional and friendly and answered all our questions.The job site was always clean and maintained. They checked with us if they had any concerns or questions. These are hard working honorable professionals who were able to complete the job in a timely fashion and put in the extra hours to get things done before any weather changes.I would highly recommend the Certa Pro painters and my wife and are I very pleased with the look of our freshly painted home.

Gary, Ellen, Fernando and the whole team that worked on our home, from the estimate, to booking our job, to explaining what would look best on our specific architecture and how to care for our almost 100 year old home, was nothing short of awesome. They even had about 5-6 days they wouldn't be able to finish painting because of the rain so they pushed real hard the final sunny day, knowing they'd be away, to make the front presentation of our home beautiful to drive up to. When I pulled into the driveway, my breath was taken away!nnWe had paint failure from a job that was done 5-6 years ago and between the prep work, the understanding of how a home is constructed and how it breathes and needed to be prepped was honestly the entire reason we chose Gary and his awesome team in the first place. My husband is an architect, so it was a relief to have someone understand how a home is constructed that set us at ease the most. Thank you CertaPro Painters of Tacoma! We have a large house with attached greenhouse and some intricate arts & crafts corbels. After stripping, power washing, brightening and staining, the cedar shingle siding and trim look like new. It's quite amazing and we are very pleased. Thanks to all for the professional job!
