Great branch as is the one on Tabernacle as well. I think the reason why the reviews are so low is because people generally do not think to review their bank when they have a good experience....only when they have a bad experience. Chase has been great to me through the years and I love their online software and they have wonderful staff!
Also when I short sold my houses during the recession, they did not close my credit card where Bank of America did, and I’ve always appreciated that about Chase.
Nice people but understaffed, hard to get someone to pick up the phone.
Very friendly. Answered my questions thoroughly and were professional.
Went in 3 times to set up a personal and business account, twice I even had an appointment but the first time the guy wasn't there (emergency or what not). Second time he was with someone else during my time slot. Ridiculous. never again.
So I deposited a check threw there moble app and there saying it's going to take 2 weeks for it to clear. And I called the bank the check was written threw and they said it would clear on there side in 24 hours, who the hell wants to wait for 2 weeks for there dam check to clear
