LOWER YOUR PRICES. Now that I got that out I will say I gave them 2 star because they have pretty good sandwiches but for the love of all that’s mighty $14-$15 dollar sandwiches?!? I will tell you this it didn’t have a single gold leaf just your normal sandwich stuff.nnI strongly recommend people go to other places until this franchise lowers there prices to something more fitting of a basic sandwich.

Based on my experience, the food taste and quality was decent. Prices with Firehouse Subs are always too high as well. However, despite me placing my order way in advance, when I arrived, it wasn't even ready. So I still had to wait there a bit. The whole point of ordering ahead of time is so that it can be ready at the designated time. Customer service was so-so. I would maybe return and maybe recommend, but this place wouldn't be the first on my list though.

I was pretty disappointed in my trip. Missing all chips and drinks I had purchased. Despite asking if everything was in the bag before i left. I did realize the drinks were missing before I left, not chips though. They would only give milk for the kids meal even though I asked. Fortunately my kid isn't lactose but very odd to have only one drink option. Then when I got home I noticed all sandwiches had at least one if not two toppings on it missing. Food was not bad but the overall experience wasnt all that great for me. I did try to reach out to the company to bring to attention before I left the review. after 8 days I have yet to hear anything. Seems like a good place. But I must be one they happen to miss. Maybe a new person or something. I understand that.

First time visiting to purchase food for myself. I thought why not take a shot and see if the food is good.nnIt took me a bit to figure out what I wanted, because I wasn’t familiar with the menu. Stuck with simple ingredients, the meat, tomatoes and mayo. I was really surprised to see that the sub charge was over $12-13 For just the sandwich because I received only about 7 dollars back. Still don’t know what they truly are in cost. But the sandwich was large so I can say you get a lot.nnI live about 2 exits away from the location. I bit into the sandwich which was closed up for maybe less then 10 minutes and the bottom was so soggy. It was really hard to get through it, ended up dismantling half of it and putting it on the top of the bread with the meats and disposed of the rest, super bummed but what else could have been done, pretty much the rest was unsalvageable.nnThe plus side is that it was nice to see decorations of my fellow field comrades that I work along side with at times and the other fire departments. That they make donations to them as well.nnVisit was a bust, maybe it was in the box too long before I got it... store wasn’t busy and it took at least 10 minutes or more after I placed my order to get the food.

I placed an online order yesterday and it was supposed to be ready by 6:30 I went in and didn’t see my order so I waited, multiple people got their orders people who came in and ordered after I got there received their orders before I got mine, it took literally an hour before my order was ready and then the sandwiches weren’t even right, all the while the employees were complaining about how much they hate their job in front of all the customers.... I’ve never had a bad experience here until now but I don’t think I’ll be going back. I didn’t say anything because if they are already complaining about hating their jobs I don’t think they will care if I have a complaint but they didn’t even apologize for the wait.
