Domino's Pizza

I ordered my pizza online, and everything went through such as my payment but I never got a confirmation in regards to the food that I ordered. I got a notification on my phone saying that the payment has went through but still no confirmation on my food order. I called Domino’s and told them the situation and they said that they didn’t see an order for my address so basically their online sites stole my money and I have no food. When I asked for a refund because I have my statements showing that the payment went through but no food, the manager said that they couldn’t give me a refund because he didn’t see an order. He said I could order again, but I would have to pay again. I said no thank you! I am just really upset with how the manager handled the situation. He gave me a number to call to try to resolve the issue but he just gave me a number that only the staff uses when they have issues with inventory. I’m so upset. No way should that guy be a manager. Very poor customer service skills.

The Medium pizza I bought was less than 11 inch's (is supposed to be 12 inch's) and there was only chess on half of one of the slices of pizza, other slices had portions with no cheese as well. Most of the pizza is in two small containers in my fridge as It was barely warm.

If you can avoid this establishment at any cost you should, the way they treat there employees is implorable. It cost more money to apply then hours I made working there. They made many claims during orientation that simply were not true. I was told I would not be asked to wait to clock in and that happened twice in the 1 week I worked for the franchise, and my only point of contact was the person violating the corporate rules. I spent almost a month waiting for for them to officially hire me and because I was vocal about my disdain for alcoholics, I lost my job because my manager was one.

This dominoes is definitely one of the better ones around. The place is small but very efficient. The quality is consistently good. Ordering online is the best with coupons. Good value for your money.
