Kiosk in the grocery store is convenient and easy to use.
Made 5 copies of our office key but none of them worked. I suspect our master key may have had atypical pattern that the KeyMe machine could not quite copy correctly. Dsappointing, but, when I contacted their support for a refunded, they got back to me almost immediately and authorized a full refund very quickly (I won't know for sure until it clears the account). So kudos to the support team!
DONT USE THIS PLACE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF, IT COSTED ME 228 TO POP MY DOOR OPEN , I HAVE THE RECEIPT, I LOCKED MY KEYS IN MY TRUCK, I REPEAT DO NOT USE OR CALL IF YOU LOCKED YOUR KEYS IN YOUR CAR, CALL A DIFFERENT COMPANY , IVE USED OTHER LOCK SMITHS BEFORE AND IT WAS NO MORE THEN 70 BUCKS, I CALLED THEM CAUSE IT WAS AN EMERGENCY AND THEY WERE CLOSE BUT THE GUY IN THE WHITE MAZDA MINI VAN WILL RIP YOU OFF , I HAVE THE RECEIPTS TO PROVE OTHER WISE I REPEAT DONT USE PEOPLE THESE PEOPLE WILL RIP YOU OFF !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
