Lost my house key the day my wife and I brought home our newborn son. Jim was there in less than 10 minutes and had us in promptly. Amazing service with a caring touch. Will recommend and use in the future.

Jim took apart my lock, couldn’t figure out how to put it back together, lost a part, quoted 2 days I had to call him the 4th day. His workstation is the mouse pad of his keyboard in an extremely cluttered work shop. Tells me I need to just buy new locks and bring him the desk because he isn’t able to make me keys. Quoted me $40 big local professional shop by my house fixed his mess for $15
