I went to multiple locksmiths today and Guardian was the only place that could do what I needed! They were friendly and very helpful. They worked quickly and made sure the key worked before having me pay for it. Also, the space is very clean and they have a great system for social distancing and touch less transactions. Overall a wonderful experience!

They were awesome didn't take long practically in out very nice a definite go to for key fobs & locks as well i thank them for the much needed help in getting my key fobs up running thank you again

Very knowledgeable for locksmith needs. We got a second fob for our older Endeavor. Very efficient and reasonably priced. Love this place.

I've used a fair amount of locksmiths over the years and found that this particular company has a very good knowledge about hardware and locks and can solve some pretty interesting problems

My vehicles key was stolen and I needed the key fob reprogrammed.I called ahead to make sure that they could do this procedure and they said yes. When I went into this building I was greeted by a gentleman with glasses on about 5 ft 5 around 60 years old. I showed him the key fob and said I need it reprogrammed he responded with a loud voice and what for?I let him know I called ahead and there was already told that they could do this procedure. He again responded in a rude tone as if I was bothering him and it was an annoyance to ask for this procedure to be done. he then said in a loud rude voice I will need the car and you have to park in the back I said where he raised his voice even louder to direct me to which street. At this point I felt completely disrespected and that this person was unprofessional and being very rude and did not deserve my business. I've been in customer service for years I've also been a manager of multiple employees this kind of behavior is extremely unacceptable regardless if this is a manager or owner he was being an a****** and that's not acceptable. I will not return here ever again and will let everybody know in the Tacoma area that this person is rude and disrespectful and does not deserve business.the next time a customer comes in try smiling try being positive try being kind and having respect for that person that's what running a professional business requires if you cannot do that hire someone else to do it or close down your business.
