This bank is so SLOW!!! sat at the drive up for 40 minutes!!! Unfortunately the company I work for banks here so I am forced to come here. They can never give me the change I need. I only come here Saturday’s because the branch down the road is closed saturdays. Now that branch gives me everything I need. Savior this branch at all costs

Super friendly. I walked in looking to cash a check and they helped me establish a bank account and a savings account. I would highly recommend.
I don't like Wells Fargo at all. I'm surprised there aren't more negative reviews since everyone I have ever come across says the same thing. There are hefty fees if you accidentally overdraw and they will not work with you. In my experience, I overdrew one time in the years I've had my account and my transactions were actually rearranged on my statement so 2 overdraft fees were charged instead of the one.. and it was not because they posted after the one that caused me to overdraw. Regardless, I feel like this bank is out for money and doesn't appreciate their customers or work with them for solutions. I have been hung up on by customer representatives when I was not being aggressive in any way. I have had rude experiences with customer representatives who were condescending. I always meant to switch banks, I just have always tried to give this bank another chance. I switched to a local bank here in the city and have been more than happy with them.
Absolutely horrid service with this bank.
