Worst customer service ever so rude and disrespectful. Taking my business elsewhere. Took a 1hr and 40 minutes to receive my order. I had to call back just for them to deliver my order as well.
Absolute zero customer service. There is more order at a circus clown show than this pizza place. Never order through the app because the pizza is never ready when the app says it’s ready for pickup and the car side delivery is useless even though this location advertises its available. Waited 15 minutes for Carside service and they never brought it out and when I went in to pick up they said yes they offer it but had no explanation as to why it wasn’t brought out after checking in. This place is just disorder and a bunch of melolengos that have no idea what they are doing. If you want to be frustrated every time and waste your time order from this place that’s the only thing they are consistent with.
This location is horrible and their so called manager Ipolito is a pathetic excuse for a manager and has no customer service. Boycotting Dominos from now on.
The Truman St. Domino’s always provides excellent service! Their drivers are always friendly, courteous and professional. And very timely even more so in this day and age.
