Used the app, got there 31 minutes before the scheduled time, their board showed I had well over an hour wait. So I asked Patty if that was correct, she says lots of folks aren't returning, who knows, then she looked at the board, it flickered, she says she doesn't know what just happened, then called customer Tim, said come on back and walked away. It was real easy to walk out and get a haircut elsewhere. Their app is worthless when it comes to estimated times. Their customer service needs attention and direction. The chain won't make appointments, so unless you walk in when there is no one in line, save yourself the frustration and walk right back out.
Great MVP treatment. Haircut and beard trim was well executed, followed up with a shampoo/scalp massage and hot towel while seated in a vibrating chair. I will definitely be going back.
Great place for a guy's haircut. $27 gets you a cut, shampoo, tea tree oil scalp treatment, scalp massage, double hot towel face tratment and massage, massage chair, and a style.nnAnd there's sports playing if you like that kind of thing.
Terrible service from the second we walked in. Lady working had an attitude when I said I had three kids who needed a cut. Took our business somewhere who wants to actually provide the services.nnLook for a new employee!!!
Good cuts....always a wait but never too long....online check in speeds up the wait time
