Really friendly and talented staff, but their text-and-online booking only policy causes a lot of problems: After they dropped the ball on a second appointment in a row and left me hanging just hours before my appointment, I've moved on to another salon. I've read reviews from others with similar complaints on other forums, so this doesn't seem to be an isolated problem. Hope they change up the way they communicate with clients so they don't continue losing business!
