I would give 10 stars ⭐ufe0f if I could. I haven’t done yoga yet alone hot yoga for at least 7 years and thought I would try out this spot as a starting point to get back into it. I’m so glad I did! I went with a friend of mine who has never done yoga in her life and the atmosphere, people, and instructors I had contact with were amazing! Any insecurities we had going in quickly vanished. I recommend this yoga studio to anyone wanting to start or continue doing yoga. The yoga sessions will definitely have you leaving worked out and invigorated. My friend and I left there feeling as though we could do anything! This only after one session. We are definitely making this our yoga go to spot from here on out ud83dude03

I came here today and had such an amazing experience! The lady who greeted was soooo friendly so was her cute little pup and it smelled like heaven inside! I tried the infrared sauna for the first time and so glad I did the two sessions offer they had when I scheduled. I can not wait to schedule my second one! Very reasonably priced, I’m a mom of two and I think I found my new no kid zone, well for at least 45 minutes lol!
