I work a 9-5, so when I get back home, the last thing I want to do is grocery shop, prep, cook and clean. In the mornings, I'm always rushing out to beat the traffic, so I end up skipping breakfast and buying lunch, which has been adding up every month.nLong story short, I was looking for a meal prep service on Yelp that'll cut down my expenses and found Asian Fit meals. Overall was such a great experience! They have a wide variety of dishes to choose from & all of their meals are well-portioned. I got the 12 meals because it's a better deal. Also, if you're big on counting your macros, they provide the nutrition facts online! They also have pick up or delivery options, but I chose to pick up since I live near Walnut and is on the way home. Definitely worth trying because it's the only authentic Asian style meal prep service I know in this area!
I was getting real tired of my bland chicken breast meal preps, I was surprised to come across asian fit meals because usually meal prep services all offer more or less the same type of meals. This is the first time I've came across one that specializes in asian cuisines. Overall my first order tasted amazing! Its so delicious that I forget its healthy too!
