I’m so thankful for Innovative Fitness, and for my trainer Dusty. Dusty and the other IF trainers truly care about the safety and well-being of their clients, and they are are able to modify workouts to fit an individual’s physical goals or limitations. Innovative Fitness trainers also teach about nutrition, and provide encouragement to help their clients achieve a healthy lifestyle. Innovative Fitness has been an integral part my life for almost 10 years, and I am so grateful for Dusty and his amazing staff!

Great Staff! Awesome varied workouts and they work with you. I have worked with personal training staff in the past - at other establishments and they can not hold a candle the “human approach” that innovative fitness takes. They work with you to achieve YOUR goals. Highly recommended and if I wasn’t moving out of the area - I would still be going there ud83dude00
This Gym has come such a long ways. Waiting through construction was 100% worth it! The Gym tools great. Super friendly Staff too and it's always clean!
