Not sure why all the bad reviews. The Angus burger I had tasted amazing. Surprisingly one of the best burgers I've had in the San Gabriel Valley. Pickles were the nice crunchy ones, not the gross floppy ones. Burger was salted and perfectly cooked. Bun was toasted and not soggy.nI also ordered the sweet potato fries which were crunchy and delicious.nMy son ordered their normal fries which are these weird disc-shaped fries. Pretty good, and interesting shape.
I really enjoyed their dishes. I always get excellent customer service there. The place is clean and the workers are always super nice. Will come visit again.
The cashier was terrible. No customer service skills at all, no thank you, no smile, no have a nice day. The food was good though.
Wow! Normally I would Rave about BurgerIm... Not this time, not this location....nThe girl that helped me was nice and knowledgeable. However, they were out of EVERYTHING I wanted.nNo Jalapeno...nNo Chicken...nLimited choices of what they did have for the sliders...nThe burger I made I could've made at Burger King for half the price.nThe best thing about BurgerIm is all the choices!!nNot at this location...nCome on BurgerIm, make this right...
I am so over Burgerim at this specific location. This is the second time I am ordering from here and both times there has been hair in it. Gross!
