The quality of your pizzas has deterioated quite a bit lately. I ordered the Supreme (which is my usual order) and find it to be lacking in quality. Overall, it is a sad pizza for $30.00, toppings are very sparse, marinara sauce is too thinly spread leaving the pizza dry and almost tasteless. I can get this type of pizza from Domino's and pay less. You need to bring back the same quality you offered before which is why I switched from Domino's because you offered a good and tasty pizza, what I received the last 2 times I ordered was not worth ordering again from your store.

This spot has excellent service and delicious menu. One of the best restaurant around here. The food arrived fast and the rates are fair. Will definitely recommend this place.

Today I purchased 2 pizzas from this pizza hut franchise and the total came out to $29.64. I checked my bank account and was charged for 2 transactions, one for my purchase and another made for $29.63. I called the franchise and asked about the double charge and they said they had no record of it so why am I getting charged ? I suspect FRAUDULENT activity.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The website says this location closes at 1am. I placed my order at 12;32 am.nI called at 12:50 to let them know I was going to arrive at 1..nThe person who answered was rude. They said they were already closed and would not allow me to speak. I tried to explain my order was placed but he continued to cut me off and hung up on me.nnI said that I would be there right at 1am but he said I couldn't pick up the pizza and again kept cutting me off.nI arrived at 1:01 am just to see if my pizza was ready and it was.nnThey are getting one star because someone belught our pizza to us eventhough the toppings were wrongnnUpdate: I e-mailed my complaint as requested this past Monday. It is now Thursday and I have yet to receive a response. Hopefully I receive a response soon.
