Pandora Jewelry

2 stars instead of one because my first trip was just fine. I returned back two days later to purchase one more charm for my daughters birthday as she is a Star Wars fan and they were released that day. I even received an email from Pandora to come that day. I arrived about 1/2 hour after they opened. I was told the manager went for a coffee run and she was the only one with access to them. After waiting over an hour for her “coffee run” I left my name and number. I ended up having to call back and was told to come in the next day and she would have the one I wanted held. Unfortunately I’m not right around the corner so it’s not convenient to just pop in. I took more time off work and went back the next day. Luckily it was held for me but the manager came out all bubbly and all she said was “isn’t it just sooo cute!”. She handed it to Emily to bill me out and she walked away. She could see my discontent but didn’t care. No apology. No nothing. On the flip side, Emily was great. She acted more like a manager than the manager. I recommend going to a different store.

Your website states you guys are now open And I drove all the way to the store In the Tacoma mall to find out you guys are actually not open yet, so I wasted my time coming all the way here and you guys are not even opened yet. I figured I can come to the store and exchange what i got as a gift that was ordered online and the deadline says return or exchanges until June 30th and that date is coming up quick and o want to be able to exchange my jewelry before the deAdline. When are you guys gonna open back up??

Overall pleasant experience however some of their pricing is misleading. Found a cool pair of earrings I liked and the tag listed them being $65. I go to check out and my total was 100 plus dollars. I mention it to the employee like hey those were actually listed as $65 and she responds “ yeah we just kind of switch them around and put them wherever “ ... um yeah pretty unprofessional. Most people look at price listed on item and expect to pay that, not let me get to the register and take a wild guess. I loved the earrings so I did not care about the difference however I don’t like being mislead then brushed off like that’s something normal every retailer does.

Even though I had to wait outside the sales person was pretty awesome, because I had called ahead they took care of me right there.
