Be aware that you will wait 30 or more minutes for a flu shot even if you make an appointment. The pharmacist told me that this is completely standard, and is not listed anywhere on their website. I was very unhappy that I did not know this, and had to wait in the store for 35 minutes even with an appointment to get a flu shot.

Tried to pick up at drive thru. Waited at least 25 minutes then finally left. Called to see if they were closed. They were not! I got no apology, no explanation .... nothing! Waste of my time really. I have othet things to do!

I have had nothing but good experiences with the staff. The Walgreens app has changed and it has gone from easy to difficult to find my favorite items and coupons. Hope this changes. Noticing that sale items are appearing correctly again on computer and receipt.

Terrible customer service. Had to wait in line behind two employees. Do not shop here if you’re in a hurry. Worst Walgreens experience I’ve ever had. Go to another store when given the option.

Just read all the 1 star reviews. They all are for the pharmacy. There is a reason for that. The staff back there have terrible customer service skills and need to brush up on how to treat people with dignity and respect and basic human decency regardless of their personal opinions. Extremely rude and unprofessional almost every time I have gone there. More than once I have left there in tears just due to the straight up rudeness of the techs and/or the rxm. The exceptions would be Austin and Brandy. They have always been very kind and professional.
