Have had pizza a handful of times delivered. Whenever the driver shows up, there's at least a 10 to 15 minute wait until delivery starts. AT LEAST! They're operating as multiple pizza establishments. Taking too much on their plates for the subpar pizza.nn444 1/2 La Cienega lists this location at almost 10 different pizza establishments. More than half of them in business

I order two pizzas through door dash. It said it would be 40 minutes. An hour and a half and three canceled drivers later, still no pizza. I tried calling many times, no one picked up. Finally between drivers I was able to cancel the order. What the hell?

Everyone has their own preferences regarding what makes the perfect pizza. For me, this is the perfect pizza. It literally made my childhood dreams come true from when I would watch TMNT and think about how delicious the pizza looked in the cartoon. The dough is fluffy and so good you can eat the crust by itself. They don't put on a ton of sauce, which to me is perfect. The cheese is pretty thick too which I'm a fan of. I order their pizza probably once a week 'cause I'm lazy and it's delicious.

Pizza used to be awesome but lately it’s nose dived. It’s super thin crust and super conservative with the toppings/missing half of them if you order a speciality pizza.

I placed an order online asking to have half of the pizza Hawaiian and the other half tomato-mushroom-sausage for pickup. They accepted the order and then cancelled the order saying that my items were unavailable. So I placed a new order for delivery and it was again accepted. I waited 50 minutes and just when it was about to be delivered they canceled again. They would rather cancel my orders than call me to specify that there was an issue with my order. They never bothered to contact me when there was an issue. When calling them, they told me that they wanted me to order a Hawaiian and then pay for extra toppings even though I wanted the pizza to be half and half. That isn't an extra topping situation!!! They wouldn't accept me ordering the pizza over the phone and picking it up. It needed to be done online, through an app. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
