Lemonade Restaurant

This was my first time here and my experience was great. The guy was patient as I viewed the menu and offered suggestions. I got the roasted cauliflower and broccoli and the chicken veggie meatballs. The food was good and the lemonade was too! I will definitely come back to try other items!

By far the worst location of Lemonade now and pre pandemic. I've been going to this location for almost 6 years because it's the closest to my home. The consistency of this location is how rude and sloppy the employees are. Every container of food I've gotten has food on the outside dripping. There's usually no one to greet you. They're usually in the back, sometimes working and come out with so much attitude like your bothering them or angry at them because you politely ask to order something, when really you SHOULD be taking them to task.nnNow they have an app you can order on. Word of advice: DON'T. I showed up 10 minutes late for my pickup. There's no employee working. They're grouped up taking a break, and tell me I need to go outside and wait. I try to see if someone can scoop my order, because that's literally all they had to do. They aggressively told me I needed to go outside. They needed to do all the orders in order. God forbid you treat the customer with, I don't know, common decency and customer service. All you had to do was pull my receipt and scoop already prepared food.nnThey then make me wait for 10 more minutes while they take multiple walk-in customers who's food they assemble right then and there.nnThe conclusion. Order when you get there, and don't ever tip. There's a lot of garbage employees here that don't represent the brand well. I also noticed they don't always get items other locations have as well. This is coming from someone who's been going to this location for 6 years and other locations for longer. Love Lemonade. Hate this location. If they're hiring new employees over the years, they're aiming low everytime they hire.

Lemonade Restaurant is my favorite restaurant in the area. I go there for the chicken salad (make sure you ask for hot mustard and chili sauce) and I also really like the spicy shrimp/chicken over a bed of spinach. Would recommend staying with the shrimp or chicken selections, the beef isn't as good there.

I’m a delivery driver working for Postmates. I had a double order to pickup at the Beverly Blvd location and someone else had picked up one or my orders, by mistake or by purpose. I tried talking to the crew inside, but they’ve been the rudest people I’ve ever met in my life, there’s no conversation at this place, they just send us to wait outside. I couldn’t leave without both orders and she told me to cancel and go to the next order. The person that was treating me (driver) as an animal or worse, Brent or Bryany, I don’t know how to spell it. If you (Lemonade) see this, please take the right actions about it.
