Food is good, but service is TERRIBLE! They encourage direct orders but are incapable of giving accurate times, don't answer the phone and are just plain rude. Who wants food that's been sat is a delivery driver's car for over 40 minutes?!nWe were regular orderers but it has gotten worse so no more.nPlenty of other pizza places in Pasadena - go there instead.
Pretty much my go-to pizza places in Pasadena. I always get a pizza with a side of wings. Great combo deals, and quick service.
I wish I could put not even a star for this place. There was a deal online saying 24 wings for 20.99 and the manger wasn’t even offering us that deal is the full price and He doesn’t have customer skills. This place is way over priced that is ridiculous I am never going there again. There needs to be a better manger there with better people skills
Had the pizza and steak sandwich both were good. Quick delivery and great service.
I've ordered from this place multiple times. Every time there was leaking sauce in the bag, a mess to say the least. The drivers don't care to be careful. Tired of it. I gave them a second chance and they failed. Asked to talk to the manager and he held it against me because I left them a bad review. Unprofessional to say the least. Don't bother with this place.
