Accurate Electric Plumbing Heating and Air

We had our home rewired by Accurate electrical. It's a 1960 home with a mixture of old and updated wiring, had several ungrounded outlets. Initially we received a free estimate from Ray who took the time to walk through the home and examine outlets and light switches in every room. He provided us 3 estimates based on whether we wanted outlets grounded, updated recessed lighting and dimmer switches. He was open to us picking where wanted outlets placed and any new fixtures we wanted to update were included. We thought about it for a week, determining which package to go with and financing was offered which made it easier on our wallets.nnThe electrical work took one week and they were considerate in keeping power on, given that we are working from home. Masks were worn at all times, doors and windows kept open. Every day, they would sweep and mop the floors and clean after themselves. It was the same 2-3 people for the duration of the work, including Ray. Some of the lights we bought came with bulbs that weren't compatible so they bought compatible bulbs for us. Each day he reviewed what was done and what would be done the following day. On the last day we opted for having them install Cat6 network cables around the house.nnThe price we agreed upon before work began only changed to include the network wiring. The employees were courteous and friendly. Our electrical panel is now properly labeled and easy to use. We will be sure to use Accurate for any other electrical services in the future.

We did a complete install.nAccurate stands behind their brand, and after their service, I too, believe in their brand. They are not the most expensive, and they are not the cheapest. Perfectly placed in the middle, but their genuine demeanor and transparent conversation is what got me to buy in. It begins with Sherry answering the phones, amazing customer interaction and voice of the company. Chad the lead tech, he is genuine and knowledgeable and the reason we chose Accurate. He cared for my family and the fact that we are stuck at home for school and work. Eric the sales manager was completely transparent, anyone would want to do business with this person. The team that arrived was clean, hardworking, proactive, and really thought things out. From Jacob, and the guy in our crawl space (sadly did not get his name). Great company and the outcome was absolutely perfect. Thanks again!!! We had some horror stories before we found your team.

Dan came over to look at our washer which was backing up into a nearby sink. He also looked at our dishwasher, which backed up into our kitchen sink. Estimates were offered for using a snake or hydro-jet to clear the clogs. We went with the hydro-jet and now both function without backing up anywhere. Dan recommended a new fitting near the washer so we had that done too. Work was reasonably priced and done in ~3 hours. Accurate will continue to be our go to for plumbing and electrical work.

I was having electrical issues with my bedroom lighting and found this company thru Yelp. They responded quickly and were able to schedule me an appointment that worked with my weird schedule. On the day of the appointment Joe showed up in the states window and let me know when he was on his way. Joe was very professional throughout the service and did a quick, clean job. Will definitely be utilizing this company again and commend Joe for his friendly service. I also appreciate that he wore a mask throughout the service and wore shoe covers while in the house

Joe was my technician and he was great. He installed two ceiling fans for me and replaced two bathroom exhaust fans. One of the fans was making a funny noise and he stayed and worked on it until it stopped. I appreciated his persistence. Accurate is very professional and responsive. It shows they value their customers. They are worth the money you will spend to have comfort knowing their work will be done right.
