New renter. Happy so far. I like the gate entry.

Place still closed for pandemic, they take care by phone.

Long story short, our items were stolen in broad daylight (when the manager is in office) for 2 hours,with the gate code the manager gave to us. Would've been nice to pick your own codes.It is an ongoing investigation into the theft. This happened not too long after we went in to the office to request code and i stated to her I misplaced paperwork which I found not too long after (still in my possession). There is no way to get ahold of the owner! The manager is not professional at all. The good thing most of what's left in unit is garbage and donations since thief took most valuable thing and as me being secondary on the account,without the new gate code I can't remove anything from the unit to throw away and clean up.ud83eudd14 In this last year I asked her 3 x to make me primary account holder since all payments were made by me for over 2years with my debit card and the primary on our account was not making those payments, she stated she was busy or computers were acting up..and when I needed access I would need the primary to be with me regarding anything on the account..so very frustrating when I asked multiple times with the primary alongside me in the office. I can't get access now to remove everything out of the unit because I'm not primary account holder. If you don't want your gate code used by thieves..do not rent here. Or take this as a fare warning if you do decide to rent here. For all the time I paid for this unit I didn't have issues till this year, asking to be primary and then the theft after stating I misplaced my paperwork. So I'm making all monthly payments and added as a secondary but can't get access to the unit I PAY for until the primary is with me..

I have had a unit down here for a little over a year now - management has been the same from the time I called up through the last time I paid. Always super helpful as I am having to constantly ask for help with things. The manager has knowledge outside of the storage business too. I was making a payment this month and witnessed her helping another tenant with an issue he was having, she was quoting rcw to him as I walked in. She immediately acknowledged me and took my payment even though I had offered to wait until she was done helping him.

I will be moving to the area and this is the closest storage business near me, so I called the business (multiple times) two days in a row during business hours to get pricing and no one picked up. Finally on the third day the employee picked up and she was INCREDIBLY rude, short, and not at all helpful. I highly suggest they do something about their staff because that is an easy way to lose business. TERRIBLE service! I will be looking for another storage facility to give my business to.
