Shipping office has been very unprofessional each time I've visited.nnTheir own control numbers are unknown to them and they will force you to hunt and Peck for information you may not have access to just to give you one of your trailers that has already been loaded.nnI have not had a great experience working with them, trucker beware.
If you're picking up a load from Mercer Warehouse then they open at 8:30am . Don't listen to your dispatch if he says its earlier then 8:30 . But if you do then you can park on the side of the road until they open . Other wise everything is ok , not great but ok
Somebody parked a Mercer trailer blocking the exit. Nobody would move it. Trucks stacked and packed trying to get in.
