I was a good neon sign

I called PowerSign in September to see how much it would cost to repair a neon sign that I had made for me. The lady (who happens to be the wife of the owner) was horrible and rude. She said she would call me back and she never did. So I tried to call her back. I think she realized it was me because the phone would hang up. Then when I tried to call immediately after, it would go to recording. SO THEN, I went to the shop one Saturday in November and saw a man there. He had said that he was waiting for a lady. So then I decided to wait there too since she hadn't answered my calls. When she got there, I told her who I was and she seemed upset at the fact that it was me. I showed her the NEON light and I told her, to let me leave it there and to fix it when she could. She seemed in a hurry to get me out of there. That was back in NOVEMBER. You think I have received a call indicating that my light is ready or to come back to get it because she is unable to fix it? No way. PowerSign, your products may be good but the service of this inconsiderate lady SUCKS. She's HORRIBLE. All I wanted was my light fixed. I was willing to pay whatever price to fix it and this pathetic disgrace of a woman wouldn't even give me the decency to communicate to me.
