I had an electrical problem with my house so I called Mr. Woolf for the first time to try to have it fixed. He arrived in a very short period of time and almost immediately had the problem fixed. I was extremely pleased with his performance and I would highly recommend him to others.

I cannot thank Steve Woolf enough. Yesterday, on the Monday before Thanksgiving, with preparations just beginning and the refrigerator stocked to the brim, the power to our kitchen took an unexpected turn to the dark side. The microwave, out of nowhere turned on by itself, including the heating element, and the control panel buttons would not function. Opening the door turned off the fan, but the heating element remained on. I unplugged the microwave, and the refrigerator, which was plugged into a different socket, sounded an alarm and shut off. At that point, all the power on that circuit was not functioning. I checked the circuit breaker and it was fine. I thought I had checked all the GFI plugs, to no avail. I ran an extension cord to the refrigerator so at least the food would not spoil. I had heard great things about Woolf Electric for years and knew he was an expert, but more importantly, his integrity is what everyone talks about. I phoned Woolf Electric late afternoon, simply hoping they would take the call and I would not be too far down the queue. After explaining the situation, including my lack of expertise in electricity, Steve Woolf said he would come over in the morning, check it out, take care of another customer obligation and return in the evening. He gave me some things to try as well. As it turned out, the problem was a GFI reset issue. I called him back early this morning to explain what I did and to apologize for his time and rearranging of his schedule. I wanted to compensate him for the time he spent with me...a customer in the midst of panic, but he absolutely refused. He will absolutely be my 'go to' electrician for any future projects or issues. If I could give him 10 stars, I would.
