Thick N Tasty Pizza

An hour after we ordered, they cancelled our order. I tried calling several times, and got a voice mail. There is no one to talk too. I’ve never experienced this in my life.

This was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. No joke.

I ordered from Thick N Tasty and got the wrong pizza. I ordered the Hawaiian BBQ Chicken which said it was a Classic BBQ Chicken with pineapple. I got a regular Hawaiian pizza with regular sauce, cheese, ham and pineapple. I called the location I ordered from and the guy said he’d remake it and I could pick it up in 20 minutes. I go to pick up the new pizza and it has a ton of tomato sauce, no BBQ sauce, way too much bread and burnt on the bottom. I call back again (having already gotten home) and stated these things and also asked why my BBQ Chicken pizza has regular sauce instead of BBQ and he said that’s how they make theirs. I explained that the menu specifically says BBQ sauce topped with cheese etc, and he tells me I’m wrong (?Dont argue with a customer who’s looking at the menu especially when it’s something like a BBQ pizza not having BBQ sauce?) so I Googled Thick N Tasy Customer Service and it gave me the number to another location (I found that out while on the phone) and the man on the other end started yelling at me and saying “You don’t know what your talking about!” And all I asked was for someone to talk to about the service (again thought this was the service line) he said he doesn’t handle that and I asked who I could speak to and he yelled at me some more and hung up. The customer service with this place is absolutely terrible. So I ended up spending $30 (overpriced) and a ton of time to get a burnt pizza that was made wrong according to their manu as well and ended up throwing it out and ordering from a different place. I’ll be calling to speak to the manager on Monday as he wasn’t in tonight. Overall an absolutely terrible experience. I started this journey with the first pizza at 5pm and finally finished (aside with the call to the manager on Monday) at 7:30pm. Ridiculous it took me 2 1/2 hours and lots of money to get a damn pizza. Now I’m just waiting for the new pizza from a different place to arrive.
