Food is good. Really smoky inside the restaurant. English: they do the BBQ there. Fresh food. Cashier was pretty slow though especially for delivery pick ups. I shouldn't have to wait too long.
Meat not cooked for my taste.
Takeout service was great. Felt safe with the pickup arrangement. The quality of the food was good. I especially like their ribs which were meaty and not drenched in bbq sauce (which was available on the side). Their ribs however have a strong smoke smell/taste that's kind of artificial (reminds me of liquid smoke in excess). They also have free kids meal every Sunday.
Great tasting food. Ribs were awesome and meat fell off the bone. Barbecue sauce was amazing
Placed an order online and they didn't send my extra ribs that I paid for. Called in and the young lady tried to argue with me saying it's not on the receipt. The normal price for a 2 piece meal is $14.95. Mine was $18.95.......because of the 2x $2.00 for extra ribs........ When I explained that, she realized I was correct and said that they must have missed that. Wanted me to come to get the ribs. I was not going to waste gas because of their screw up and opted for a refund. I will not be ordering from this location again.nnTo the manager/owner - you might want to have a serious talk with your employees about arguing with customers. And as importantly, looking into your printouts for extras added to orders that are not coming up.
