Emilia is the best by far! The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because of the bigger girl that works there is RUUUDDDEEEE!!!! Being a guy going to Sephora is weird enough for me. I don’t need some girl to make it worst. Thank GOD the girl named Emilia was there because she was SUPER helpful finding everything I needed.

As soon as I walked in Eric was right there to help me get exactly what I needed. He was amazing! I will definitely go back just because of him.

My first time in this store, as my daughter, son & I walked into the store it looked like there was only one lady to help us, we asked if she could help me get my make up, she said her co-worker should be there in about 15 minutes & she wanted to let her do the make up matching to practice, we said ok no problem, but then she started doing it herself & kept going but she didn't seemed very happy that she was doing it & seemed rushed, didn't introduce herself but I think she did a good job with the make up, then went to help other people, my daughter then helped me find the make up the lady had used since the lady didn't write down what she used, I noticed my make up looked a little yellow with other lights in the store & wanted to try another tone, we didn't know if we could use the brush she had used before on me, the other sales lady had arrived "Emilia" & kindly offer her help, then the 1st lady came & in a strong voice told her to stop, that she couldn't help us apply the make up, that I had already had the 15 min make up & was a little bit rude as we said sorry we didn't know if we could just help ourselves, & she kept going on about it, & left to help other people. It was obvious that she was upset at her co-worker, & even though she's the one training Emilia, she could have used a different tone of voice with her & towards us, could have offered an apology for not explaining to us that we were welcome to try other testers & use the brushes ourselves, therefore avoiding an embarrasing situation. Emilia said she was new, she apologized & helped us find the rest of the make up we needed. As we were leaving I forgave the 1st saleslady & thanked her for her help though. Exciting the store a third lady dressed as a regular customer approached us & said she worked there, (guessed she's undercover) & asked what had been the problem, as we explained she said she had seen what had happened & expressed agreement with the 1st saleslady not really apologizing making my daughter feel like we were expecting too much as if we were in the wrong. Obviously the whole staff needs to improve their communication with each other, and on customer service on the supervisor & training level. We're grateful that Emilia was helpful & kind, otherwise we would have left without spending a dime, but we spent over $100.00 .

I love this make up but i have never had such a poor experience in one of these stores. I called ahead to make a make over appointment for my teenage daughter (free if you spend $50). I was told the apt was made and we headed in. Upon arriving i found out the girl is not "licensed" to do the full makeover and can only do the mini face treatment. I wouldn't have made that kind of appointment because i wanted the full face (we spent 200) and got little customer service and a disappointing treat i promised my daughter. The second star is for the one who didn't do the make over but the one behind the counter. She was super friendly and helpful!
