VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I came into the mall to browse and tried to visit VS but was stopped by a woman named Marcy at the front. She physically blocked me from coming into the store saying "corporate cameras were watching her at all times" and she needed to let me know to wear a mask at all times, if I needed measurements, to let me know I couldn't try anything on and there was a 90 day return policy which is all well and good. I understand things have changed because of our recent COVID events. I thought that might be all that needed to be said so I tried to walk in but she proceeded to block my entrance to ask "what are you here for?" and "I need to write your name down" before letting me into the store. I don't see why that would matter to look in the store. I have been to many other VS stores recently and haven't been made for feel like a criminal doing something wrong before even entering the store. Ive been a VS customer for many years and I am seriously considering closing my card and finding another place after dealing with Marcy and her power trip antics, making me feel like I was doing something wrong trying to shop in her store. We left without entering. We called to try and talk to a manager, we reached Lydia who was less than thrilled to talk to us and told us those are the particular policies of that store even though it was explained as "corporate policies" previously. We asked for a corporate phone number and Lydia hung up on us. We called back and she immediately put us on hold. Never been treated that way before, won't be going back. I would give 0 stars if I could.

The staff at this location are extraordinary!!! They remember your name and sizes! Make suggestions, help with correct fit and make your experience comfortable. If they don’t have it they will get it and ship to you no charge! Go see Jamie you won’t be disappointed!!!
