Marty is super helpful. I couldn't even get a hold of regular Footlocker customer service. He had me taken care of in 10 minutes.

Wish they had more selection
Our visit was a disaster, we walked in and were the only customers in the store the entire time, the employee never greeted us, he was tying a shoe at the counter and then walked up right next to us and put the shoe on the wall and not once even acknowledged our existence, he then sat behind the counter with his face in his phone, for the remainder of our visit.. worst customer service ever. How is this ok with Foot Locker? And how does the manager still have a job? Seems to be a pattern of terrible customer service at this location.
