My first time here was awesome! My daughter and I had a great time, and the staff took excellent care of us. I was really impressed with having my name on my dressing room. Very cool!! I love my new dress, will definitely come back!!

When i visited this store a couple weeks ago the workers here were amazing!!! They went above and beyond to help me find my outfit i was looking for. They didn’t have my size i was looking for. The girl helping me called other stores to see if they had this dress they could ship to me. After several phone calls no one had my size. This lady got online for me and found the dress in my size and we got it all ordered!!! I have never been to another store that has this customer service!! This location has become my favorite. Each time i visit St. George I will go back to this store. Thank you so much for your hard work I appreciate all you did for me.

Sounds like based on the things I read with other reviewers it's a hit and miss store. Not only with the items you're looking for but also with the customer service. For myself couldn't find really anything I wanted and when I asked questions of the employees they seemed bored and I annoyed. I won't be going back it's not worth it

I am sad to say my experience at this location was horrible. I was made to feel ashamed about my body by the worker. I am 6'0 tall and as a woman it can sometimes be difficult to find clothes that are long enough and also are flattering. I usually wear a size Medium, but there was a particular dress that obviously ran small to size. I asked a worker if she had the dress in a size XL as I wanted to see if it would be long enough and fit, as the size Large didn't even fit my friend who wears a size small (that's how off size this dress was). The worker loudly told me through the dressing room door that Hope Ave doesn't carry clothing in size XL as is not the type of "crowd" they cater too. She told me that if they stocked dresses in such a "large" size that they wouldn't sell because the people who shop there buy size small or extra small. So shocking to be treated like that in a clothing store. She didn't even ask to see the dress I was talking about or anything. Not good customer service and very inconsistent sizing.

Very poor customer service. Does not carry all sizes. Felt uncomfortable being there with the way the cashier was following everyone around the store immediately readjusting everything we looked at. Felt like we weren't welcome there, chose not to buy anything because of how stressful the shopping experience was there!
