I visited this store yesterday with my husband and infant child and my parents. They require masks to enter, but they provide them for you. They were out of masks so I went to the employee and asked for more. She apologized and was polite with providing them for us. Having an infant, he doesn’t understand this mask thing so my husband and I do our best to show him “we’re still here”. Sometimes we pull down the mask to show him our whole faces. We smile at him to reassure him, then pull the mask back up. Well we were at the back of the store, away from anyone, and my husband was doing this with our baby. The manager (as we found out) walked out from the back and was very abrasive telling my husband to “pull it back up!”. We understand the fear some people may be feeling, and that’s why we respected the store’s policy in wearing a mask. However this woman was unnecessarily rude. I was appalled at her attitude and reaction! She had no understanding of us needing to reassure our baby. We should’ve left the store immediately. As we walked back to the front of the store, she was in an argument with my dad! As they were purchasing something!! I’m not sure what was going on, but she was VERY unprofessional! I’m highly disappointed she’s allowed to treat customers with such disrespect. The owners of the store need to be aware of her attitude and demeanor towards visitors of their store. She didn’t have a name tag on (I looked for her name). Needless to say, we won’t be back to this location and we won’t be shopping with the company. If this is how they choose to represent themselves, I’m happy to go elsewhere. It’s not surprising why this location is going out of business.

Thank heavens this store enforces masks! My daughter is disabled and needs the protection of wearing a mask and others wearing masks. Store clerks who must serve you deserve protection.

This store discriminates! Van Heusen needs to wake up to it's policy's to people who can't wear a mask!! They will be getting a call from the DOJ ADA Compliance/Decriminalization. Under ADA & HIPAA & the Governor's Mask order, I am not required to disclose my medical condition to anyone. Organizations & Business can be fined up to $75,000 for the first ADA Violation and $150,00 for any Subsequent Violation! I will never step into this store again! & neither should you!!! You know the first time they shut their door was on the Covid! now it's on the Corporate management and the store manager!!! When this store starts to fail, it will because of management!

While visiting St George, I witnessed discrimination taking place at this facility. Forcing people with disabilities to wear a mask?!?! Disgusting what this world is coming to!
